OUR MISSION

Since assuming ownership of Sammamish CrossFit in May of 2014, Isaac has worked hard to make our box a welcoming and safe space where clients of all ages and skill levels can work up a sweat among friends and lead healthier lives.

CrossFit is well known as an effective way to sweat and meet positive, wellness-oriented people. Our box is no exception. Our members are a big reason why our coaches love coming to work every morning. SCF approaches the CrossFit mantra a little differently than most ,though. We like to combine rigidity with variance in our training regimen. Our daily strength programming is highly structured, so you know exactly which lift you're going to do on any particular day,while keep your body guessing by making the daily WOD a secret until you walk in. This approach allows for you to get stronger as quickly as possible (while maintaining utmost safety) and shreding the maximum number of calories. We tailor our programming to meet the needs of our clients. Fat loss and muscle gain are arrived at slightly differently.

We also place a lot of emphasis on mobility. Have you ever seen huge bodybuilders that can bench press crazy amounts of weight but can't touch their toes? You won't find any here. We want to help you get stronger AND more limber!
